Prospect Park Penthouse

The renovation of this penthouse was driven by the desire to capture more of the expansive city views. Several large new openings were created and existing building elements were replicated in GFRC for a cohesive addition to the exterior. New structural glazing was installed for the most minimal sitelines. The interior was gutted to the studs. While the layout was largely unchanged, the finishes, fixtures and millwork were all updated. The project also completely updated all building systems as well as adding central air conditioning.
