St. Johns Place

This historic Neo-Grec townhouse in the Park Slope Historic District was given a modern update. New finishes, fixtures and building systems were installed in the interior. A new rear window opening and steel deck invigorate the interior garden apartment and parlor level with new natural light while creating a new connection to the backyard.
